Χρειάζεται να πάρω χάπι για ολική χοληστερίνη 267 και ηλικία 27 ετών;
Καλησπέρα. Είμαι γυναίκα 27 ετών και αδύνατη. Πρόσφατα έκανα εξετάσεις αίματος. Η ολική χοληστερίνη είναι 267, η hdl 61, η Lp (α) 14.9 και τα τριγλυκερίδια 102. Έχω ανεβασμένη χοληστερίνη από μικρή ηλικία. Χρειάζεται να πάρω χάπι;

Δεν αναφέρεις την τιμή της LDL αλλά πρέπει να είναι πάνω από 170 σύμφωνα με έναν μαθηματικό τύπο που έκανα.Αν πράγματι είναι έτσι και η διατροφή σου είναι αυτή που πρέπει και δεν σηκώνει σοβαρή βελτίωση,ναι πρέπει να ξεκινήσεις φαρμακευτική αγωγή

Σίγουρα πρέπει να μειωθούν οι τιμές. Είστε πολύ νέα για να επιτρέψετε τέτοιο ρίσκο. Με διετα μόνο μαλλον θα εινσι δύσκολο. Κάντε μια καλή προσπάθεια για ένα μηνα( ελάχιστα λιπαρά) , επανάληψη εξετάσεων και τελική λήψη αποφάσεων για φαρμακευτική αγωγή
