Στατίνες αυξάνουν κρεατινίνη σε άτομο με ένα νεφρό;
Καλησπέρα .εχω ένα νεφρό και το πρόβλημα είναι ότι όταν πίνω χάπια χοληστερόλης Στατίνες μου ψηλώνουν τα επίπεδα κρεατινης …κάναμε διάφορα τεστ με διαφορετικά χάπια και αποτέλεσμα το ίδιο .οταν γίνει διακοπή του χαπιού χοληστερόλης πέφτει η κρεατινη και μετά πάλι ανεβαίνει .ευχαριστώ

Το ενα νεφρό από μονο του δεν λέει κατι, αλλα η νεφρική σας λειτουργεία, η οποια μπορεί να ειναι καλή και με ένα νεφρό. Αν όμως έχετε νεφρική ανεπάρκεια και εξαρταται σε ποιό στάδιο είναι αυτή εκει τα πραγματα αλλάζουν. Αλλα δεν είναι ολες οι στατινες το ιδιο. Αντιθεται οταν ειναι προχωρημένη η νεφρική νόσος τότε οι στοχοι που βαζουμε στη κακή χοληστερίνη είναι χαμηλοί οπότε επιβάλλεται να παρετε στατινη, γιατι αυξάνειται ο καρδιαγγειακός κίνδυνος. Πλέον ομως έχουμε φάρμακα που μπορούμε να το κανουμε.
