Λόγω κληρονομικοτητας από τον πατέρα μου η καρδιολόγος πριν 2 χρόνια μου έδωσε χάπια χοληστερίνης κ πίεσης πριν 2 χρόνια. Η πιεση ήταν περίπου 14 κ οι τιμές χοληστερίνης λίγο αυξημένες, αλλά τις θέλαμε πολύ χαμηλές, επειδή ανήκα σε ομάδα υψηλού κινδύνου. Φέτος έκανα αξονική στεφανιογραφία και η απάντηση ήταν ότι είμαι χαμηλού κινδύνου. Είμαι 57 αδύνατη και έχω αρχίσει γυμναστική, περπάτημα και σωστή διατροφή. Θα μπορούσα να κοψω τα χάπια και να τσεκάρω τις τιμές? Εφόσον είμαι χαμηλού κινδύνου δεν ισχύουν πλέον οι τιμές που θέλαμε όταν θεωρούσαμε ότι είναι υψηλού κινδύνου λόγω κληρονομικοτητας ή δεν αλλάζει κάτι?
