Καλησπέρα, Είμαι 26 χρόνων και κάθε χρόνο η χοληστερίνη μου είναι όλο και μεγαλύτερη ξεκινώντας από τα 21. Αυτή τη στιγμή η ολική είναι στα 260, LDL 167 και HDL 73. Ακόμα και σε περιόδους όπου πρόσεχα πολύ την διατροφή μου και ασκουμουν συχνά δεν κατάφερνα να την μειώσω παρά μόνο ελάχιστα. Πάντα είχα φυσιολογικό ΔΜΣ. Προφανώς πρόκειται περί κληρονομικότητας, η ερώτηση μου είναι εάν χρειάζεται να κάνω κάποια ενέργεια από τώρα (χάπια ) ή να επιμείνω με διατροφή και άσκηση. Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων.
