Χοληστερίνη 227, LDL 145, HDL 60, τριγλυκερίδια 109: Να πάρω χάπι;
Καλησπέρα, σε πρόσφατες εξετάσεις έχω χοληστερίνη 227, με LDL χοληστερίνη 145 και HDL 60, τριγλυκερίδια 109. Ηλικία 51 χρονών, καπνίστρια με υγιεινή σχετικά διατροφή και παίρνω φυτικό χάπι για χοληστερίνη. Ο παθολόγος μου συστήνει να πάρω το χάπι ενώ ο καρδιολόγος ότι δεν χρειάζεται ακόμη. Τι με συμβουλεύετε?
