Πρέπει να ξεκινήσω αγωγή για χοληστερόλη 233, HDL 75,9, LDL 140 στα 54;
Καλησπέρα σας. Είμαι γυναίκα, 54 ετών. Έχω ολική χοληστερόλη 233, HDL75,9, LDL140, τριγλυκερίδια 85. Γυμνάζομαι τακτικά και προσέχω τη διατροφή. Πιστεύετε ότι πρέπει να ξεκινήσω αγωγή ;
