Γυναίκα 47 ετών με αστάθη περίοδο και χοληστερίνη 230, συμβουλές;
Ειμαι γυναίκα 47 χρονων,1.53 και 53 κιλα περιπου ενα μιση χρονο εχω ασταθη περιοδο.Εχω 230 χοληστερίνη ,HDL79,LDL131 τριγλυκεριδια 45.Κανω αθληση καθημερινά και περπατημα.Εχουν χοληστερίνη οι γονείς μου.Τωρα και δυο βδομάδες ξεκινησα διατροφη.(αν και παντα ηταν σχετικα προσεγμένη η διατροφή μου.πειτε μου την γνωμη σας σας ευχαριστώ πολύ.

Αφού ξεκινήσες διατροφή πιστεύω να διορθωθούν λίγο οι τιμές (δεν είναι και ασχημα) και να είμαστε ακόμα πιο ανετοι από πλευράς τιμών χοληστερίνης
