Να συνεχίσω τη διατροφή με αυξημένη κατανάλωση κρέατος και ζωικών λιπαρών;

Γεια σας, είμαι γυναίκα 50 ετών, 1,75 ύψος 58 κιλά και γυμνάζομαι καθημερινά εδώ και χρόνια. Το τελευταίο διάστημα αύξησα επίτηδες την κατανάλωση κρέατος, αβγών και ζωικών λιπαρών (βούτυρο, τυρί κρέμα, πλήρες γιαούρτι) και μείωσα υδατάνθρακες. Οι τιμές μου LDL 120, HDL 101, Τριγλυκερίδια 40 και αθηρωματικός δείκτης 2,5. Σε σύγκριση με τις εξετάσεις μου πριν 6 μήνες αυξήθηκε η HDL (ήταν 78). Να συνεχίσω αυτή τη διατροφή ή όχι;
