Είναι απαραίτητες οι στατίνες για γυναίκα 54, Χοληστερόλη 262, LDL 184;
Καλησπέρα. Είμαι γυναίκα 54 ετών , 68 κιλά. Σε πρόσφατες εξετάσεις βρέθηκαν οι τιμές: ολική χοληστερόλη 262 (τα τελευταία δύο χρόνια οι τιμές έχουν περάσει το όριο των 200mg/dl) - LDL 184 HDL 85 Tριγλυκερίδια 47. Γυμνάζομαι συστηματικά περίπου 5 φορές την εβδομάδα, όχι κάπνισμα - αλκοόλ. Είναι απαραίτητες οι φαρμακευτικές στατίνες ή μπορώ να προσπαθήσω με αντίστοιχες φυτικές; Ευχαριστώ πολύ για τον χρόνο σας.
