Πρέπει να πάρω χάπι χοληστερίνης στα 56 με Χασιμότο και τιμές χοληστερίνης;
Είμαι γυναίκα, 56 ετών, καπνίστρια, ύψος 1.78 και 72 κιλά. Ολική χοληστερίνη 222, Τριγλυκερίδια 82, HDL 67 και LDL 139. Έχω επίσης Χασιμότο (χωρίς ακόμη να παίρνω φάρμακα) Πρέπει να πάρω χάπι χοληστερίνης; Ή αρκεί σωστότερη διατροφή και άσκηση και εξετάσεις πάλι σε κανά τρίμηνο/εξάμηνο;
