Αυξημένη χοληστερόλη σε άνδρα 46 ετών με μυώδη σωματοτυπο: προτάσεις;
Ειμαι αντρας ετων 46, υψος 1.82, 85 κιλα με χοληστερολη: 284 / Non-HDL 225,0 / LDL χοληστερινη 201. Τι προτεινετε; Κανω βαρη αλλα δεν εχω παει γυμναστηριο απο το Δεκεμβριο (εδω και 3 μηνες). Ειμαι μυωδης ως σωματοτυπος. Δεν καπνιζω, πινω 1 φορα τη βδομαδα οταν βγω 2 ποτηρια αλκοολ.
