Καλησπέρα. Το εύρημα ASCUS στο τεστ Παπ, σε συνδυασμό με τη μυκητιασική κολποτραχηλίτιδα, δεν είναι ασυνήθιστο και δεν χρειάζεται να ανησυχείς υπερβολικά. Ωστόσο, για πιο σαφή διάγνωση και προληπτικούς λόγους, καλό είναι να κάνεις ένα HPV DNA τεστ και μια κολποσκόπηση. Αυτές οι εξετάσεις θα βοηθήσουν να αποκλειστεί τυχόν παρουσία ιού HPV και να δώσουν μια ξεκάθαρη εικόνα. Ελπίζω να βρεις χρήσιμη την απάντηση μου.
