Χρειάζεται περαιτέρω έλεγχο η ερυθρότητα στον χειρουργημένο μαστό μου;
Καλησπέρα σας. Το 2021 νόσησα από CA μαστού δεξιού ανω - έξω τεταρτημοριου ( διηθητικο και in situ) με λεμφαδενα φρουρό θετικό (grade 2) . Ακολουθησε ογκεκτομη ,χημειοθεραπειες, ακτινοβολίες και ορμονοθεραπεια με aromestan . Το θέμα μου είναι το εξης: Το Δεκέμβριο του 2024 έκανα τις επαναληπτικες εξετάσεις ( μαστογραφία, υπέρηχο και λοιπές αξονικες ) και ήταν όλα καθαρά. Εδώ και μια βδομάδα ο χειρουργημενος μαστος έχει εμφανίσει μια ερυθροτητα και σαν να είναι λίγο μελανιασμενος. Η μαστολογος μου έδωσε αντιβίωση ενώ πήγα και έκανα και υπέρηχο ο οποίος είναι καθαρός σύμφωνα με τα λεγόμενα της ακτινολογου. Θεωρείται ότι χρήζει περαιτέρω διερεύνηση για πιθανή υποτροπη;
