Είναι απαραίτητο το MRI ή παρακολούθηση στα καλοήθη στον αριστερό μαστό;
Καλησπέρα. Μαστογραφία με συμπέρασμα χωρίς παρουσία παθολογικές ευρημάτων ύποπτων για κακοήθεια. BIRADS 2 ARC:C Υπέρηχος συμπέρασμα συμπαγης λοβωτοι σχηματισμοί με χαρακτηρες BIRADS 3 αλλοιώσεων του αριστερού μαστου. Στο ένα λέει υποηχος συμπαγης λοβωτος σχηματισμός 1,8x06 εκ.( περισσότερο ινοαδενωματος) και το άλλο έτερος παρόμοιος διλοβος σχηματισμός 1,6 ( περισσότερο εστιακής αδενωσης) Στο ένα από τα φυο είχα κάνει περσυι παρακέντηση με συμπέρασμα καλοηθες ινοαδενωμα. Τώρα συστήνεται MRI με κωδικό για διερεύνηση καλοηθων ανευρύσματων. Ειναιναπαραιτητο το MRI ή μπορεί να γίνει απλή παρακολούθηση στο εξάμηνο; Ευχαριστώ!
