Ποια είναι η πιθανότητα κακοήθειας με ευρήματα BIRADS 4A και υψηλή σκληρότητα;
Καλημερα σας σε ψηφιακη μαστογραφια (birads 0) και σε αρχικο υπερηχο βρεθηκε ογκος με σαφη ορια 1,3εκ. Σε βιοψια με fna το αποστελεσμα ηταν οτι δεν βρεθηκε κακοηθεια κ οτι προκειται μαλλον για ινοαδενωμα. Σε πιο ειδικευμενο υπερηχο 3d-4d και ελαστογραφια η διαγνωση ηταν η εξης : παρ'οτι εχει ομαλα και περιγραπτα ορια εμφανιζει μικρολοβιωσεις κ εντονη ετερογενεια του παρεγχυματος του. Στην ελαστογραφικη μελετη εχει υψηλους δεικτες σκληροτητας (>100kPa). birads 4a Αυτο που θελω να ρωτησω ειναι ποσο της 100% πιθανοτητα ειναι να εχω κακοηθεια εν τελη?
