Κυστική αλλοίωση στον αριστερό μαστό με πιθανή φλεγμονή - Τι σημαίνει;
Μετά από ψηλαφιση στον αριστερό μαστό, εντόπισα ένα "γρουμπουλι", όπου και αυξήθηκε τις επόμενες μερες(ήμουν και αδιαθετη). Έκανα υπερηχο :Αυξημένη ηχογενεια μαζικού αδένα αμφοτεροπλευρα, με βαθμό πορεκτασιας, στο πλαίσιο ινοκυστικης αλλαγής μαστών. Αντίστοιχα με το ψηλαφητο εύρημα, στον άξονα της 3ης ώρας του αριστερού μαστου, απεικονιζεται κυστικη αλλοίωση, με πεπαχυμενο τοιχωμα και ηχογονο υλικό στο εσωτερικό της, διαστάσεων 25,1×17,8 Χιλ, ενώ συνυπάρχει οιδηματωδης απεικόνιση του επιχωριου μαζικού αδένα, στο πλαίσιο πιθανής φλεγμονωδους αρχής.
