Ασυμμετρία μαστών και υποψία κακοήθειας μετά από ιστολογική και κυτταρολογική εξέταση
Καλησπέρα σας...έχω ένα μόρφωμα εδώ κ 30 χρόνια..από όταν θήλασα το γιο μου!κάνω κάθε χρόνο μαστογραφία κ τώρα έδειξε ότι υπάρχει ασυμμετρία των μαστών.εκαμα ιστολογική με κοιτούσα βελόνη κ βγήκε αρνητική δείχνοντας χρόνια φλεγμονή.Η κυτταρολογικη όμως λέει για υποψία κακοήθειας λόγω ατυπιας λίγων κυττάρων Επίσης στο τέλος λέει ότι δε μπορεί να γίνει σαφής διάγνωση λόγω του ότι δεν υπάρχει αρκετό υλικό προς εξέταση....τι κάνω τώρα??? ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων

Αν υπάρχει οποιαδήποτε υπόνοια θα πρέπει να γίνει επανάληψη της βιοψίας και εκτίμηση των απεικονιστικών εξετάσεων

Καλησπέρα εφ'οσον η βιοψία με κόπτουσα βελόνα βγήκε αρνητική αξιολογείται σαν αρνητικό το αποτέλεσμα. Εναλλακτικά μπορείτε να κάνετε ανοικτή χειρουργική βιοψία.
