Καλησπέρα, ήθελα να ρωτήσω μια απορία σε σχέση με την βιοψία με κόπτουσα βελόνα σε ογκο 0,8x0,6 εκατοστών στο δεξί μαστό. Αναγράφεται η ύπαρξη τμημάτων πορογενούς διηθητικού καρκινώματος μη ειδικού τύπου, με θέσεις μη διηθητικού πορογενούς καρκινώματος in situ μικροθηλωδους τύπου. Τι σημαίνει αυτό; ότι στον όγκο συνυπάρχουν και μη διηθητικά και διηθητικά; ότι υπάρχει μια μετάβαση από προκαρκινικά κύτταρα που γίνονται καρκινικά και μπορούν να διηθησουν στους γύρω ιστούς; Ευχαριστώ
