Γειά σας, Στην πρόσφατη ψηφιακή μαστογραφία που έκανα στις 7-6 -2024 διαπιστώθηκαν τα παρακάτω: Συμπληρωματικά πραγματοποιήθηκε έλεγχος της μαστογραφίας με σύστημα τεχνητής νοημοσύνης (ΑΙ), για την ανίχνευση αλλοιώσεων του μαζικού αδένα - MAMMOSCREEN by Therapixel. Μετρίας εκτάσεως ινοαδενικά στοιχεία ελέγχονται αμφοτερόπλευρα. (ACR-Β). Στη κεφαλουραία λήψη όπισθεν της αριστερής θηλής ελέγχεται μικρή οζόμορφη ομοιογενής σκίαση με σχετικά σαφή όρια μεγίστης διαμέτρου 8.1χιλ., η οποία δεν αναγνωρίζεται στην πλαγιοπλάγια λήψη. Θηλές, αγγείωση και πάχος δέρματος άμφω κατά φύση. Συγκριτικά με την προηγούμενη μαστογραφία της 03.09.2021 καινοφανής είναι η παρουσία της οζόμορφης σκίασης του αριστερού μαστού. Συνιστάται περαιτέρω υπερηχοτομογραφικός έλεγχος του μαστού για την πληρέστερη διευκρίνηση της περιγραφείσας σκίασης αριστερά. (BIRADS- 0) Πρέπει να ανησυχήσω;
