Είναι ρίσκο να σταματήσω Tamoxifen μετά μαστεκτομή με καλές εξετάσεις;
Γεια σας μετά από αριστερή μαστεκτομή(προληπτική δεν είχε γίνει καρκίνος ίσως να γινόταν)και τσεκ σε φρουρό λεμφαδένα(ήταν καθαρος κτλ)πήρα μόνο ορμονοθεραπεια με ταμοξιφαινη,,(περίπου 2μιση χρόνια)οι παρενέργειες ήταν πολλές με παχύνσή ενδομητρίου κάψες αφόρητες είχα γίνει σκιά του εαυτού μου έχανα βάρος συν ότι δούλευα αναγκαστικα,,,πήρα την απόφαση και έκοψα μόνη μου το φάρμακο γιατί θα πήγαινα για 2ηαποξεση,,,οι εξετάσεις μου όλες είναι καλές,,,πήγα και σαλλο ογκολόγο μου πρότεινε ενεση leuprorelin acetate,kai letrozole δεν πήρα τίποτα αφού και αυτά κάνουν οστεοπόρωση αφού οι εξετάσεις μου είναι οκ,,επίσης δεν νιώθω κουρασμένη ενώ πριν δε μπορούσα να πάρω τα πόδια μου και είχα εφίδρωση επίσης,,,είναι πολύ ρίσκο το ότι ακολούθησα το ένστικτο μου(και όχι το πρωτόκολλο,,)αφού οι εξετάσεις δείχνουν πάντα καλές? ευχαριστώ

Εάν η ταμοξιφαινη είχε δοθεί ως risk reducing θεραπεία τότε συνιστάται αν είναι δυνατόν για 5 χρόνια . Αλλιώς δεν έχει ένδειξη επι προληπτικής μαστεκτομής .
