Προπονούμαι χρόνια σε γυμναστήριο. Πολλές φορές τρέχω. Πριν καιρό αποφάσισα να κάνω επιτόπιο τρέξιμο και μετά από λίγο ένιωσα έντονο πόνο στην αριστερή γάμπα, στο εσωτερικό μέρος...που με ανάγκασε να σταματήσω. Για λίγες ώρες είχα πρόβλημα στη βάδιση. Σήμερα μετά από καιρό αποφάσισα να ξαναδοκιμάσω και με ξανάπιασε κι αναγκάστηκα πάλι να σταματήσω. Τι μπορεί να συμβαίνει;
