Οι τιμές μου LDL 120, HDL 101, Τριγλυκερίδια 40 και αθηρωματικός δείκτης 2,5. Σε σύγκριση με τις εξετάσεις μου πριν 6 μήνες αυξήθηκε η HDL (ήταν 78). Να συνεχίσω αυτή τη διατροφή ή όχι;
