Είμαι 64 ετών. Παίρνω θεραπεία για πίεση και χολιστερίνη. Οι πρόσφατες αιματολογικές μου εξετάσεις ήταν καλές. Βλέπω κατ΄α καιρούς βίντεο στο διαδίκτυο από διάφορες ειδικότητες ιατρών (όπως συστήνονται) ότι συνίσταται/επιβάλλεται να παίρνει κανείς μετά από κάποια ηλικία και συμπληρώματα όπως : Ω3, μαγνήσιο, βιταμίνες Β, C, D3, Q10 κλπ. Τι ισχύει πραγματικά και κατά πόσο πρέπει να τα λαμβάνει κανείς σοβαρά υπόψη ?

Αν σου λείπουν μπορείς να παίρνεις συμπληρώματα αν κάνεις μια σωστή διατροφή και νιώθεις καλά δεν χρειάζεται
