Υπάρχουν λιθοί στον χοληδόχο πόρο μετά από χολοκυστεκτομή;
εκανα επεμβαση ανοικτης χολοκυστεκτομης προ μιασ εβδομαδασ εχοντασ μικρολιθιασικη χολολιθιαση . δεν εγινε esrp pro toy χειρουργειου αλλα mrsp 1 ημερα πριν =αρνητικη δια χοιλολιθουσ.ειναι δυνατον να υπαρχουν λιθοι εντοσ του χοληδοχου πορου;

Μπορεί. Δεν φαίνονται όλα στην MRCP.

Η ERCP είναι επεμβατική πράξη με αρκετό ποσοστό παρενεργειών γι' αυτό και δεν χρησιμοποιείται πλέον διαγνωστικά. Γίνεται MRCP και εάν υπάρχει κάποιο εύρημα ακολουθεί ERCP για να το καθαρίσει. Προφανώς στην περίπτωση σας δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να χρήζει παρέμβασης (στα χοληφόρα).

Αν η mrcp είναι αρνητική δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση
