Πόνος στο στομάχι και ιστορικό χολόλιθων: Πρέπει να σκεφτώ χειρουργείο;
Καλησπέρα σας.Απο μικρή είχα πρόβλημα στο στομάχι και κάποιες φορές ο γιατρός μου με έβαζε και έκανα υπέρηχο άνω κοιλίας .Ποτε δε βρέθηκε να έχω πρόβλημα στη χολή. Πριν 2 χρόνια μετά από έντονο πόνο στο στομαχι έκανα πάλι υπέρηχο και βρέθηκε μια πέτρα 2 εκ. Μου είπαν ότι δεν χρειάζεται να χειρουργηθώ εκτός αν έχω συχνά συμπτώματα. Εγώ κατά καιρούς πονάω όχι δεξιά αλλά στο στομάχι και πίσω.Μηπως πρέπει να σκεφτώ το χειρουργείο;Να επισημάνω ότι πριν 3,5.χρονια πέθανε ο πατέρας μου από καρκίνο της χολής. Έκανε μια χολοκυστιτιδα ,χειρουργήθηκε μετά από 1 μήνα και η βιοψία έδειξε κακοήθεια προχωρημένη.Ευχαριστω πολύ!!

Σίγουρα χρειάζεστε γαστροσκόπηση και μαγνητική άνω κοιλίας. Μετά κουβεντιάζουμε τα περί χειρουργείου.
