Πόνος δεξιά πάνω στην κοιλιά μετά από τροχαίο με πέτρες στη χολή: ποιος γιατρός;
Καλησπέρα. Είχα τροχαίο τον Δεκέμβρη και κάναμε υπέρηχο κοιλιάς και μου βρήκαν πέτρες στη χολη. Από το τροχαίο υπεστην κάταγμα στο στερνο. Εδώ και μέρες έχω σταθερό πόνο πάνω δεξιά στη κοιλιά. Θα μπορούσε να είναι από τη χολη? Σε ποιον γιατρό να απευθυνθώ? Χειρουργό? Γανστετερολογο?

Τα ενοχλήματα που προέρχονται από τη χολή, συνήθως εμφανίζονται εντονότερα μετά τα γεύματα και συνήθως έχουν αυξομείωση στην ένταση τους. Παρόλα αυτά, εφόσον επιβεβαιώνεται από υπέρηχο παρουσία λίθων, θα σας συνιστούσα να λάβετε μια γνώμη χειρουργού.

Μπορεί να είναι χολή. Ξεκινήστε από γαστρεντερολόγο καλυτερα.

Για επέμβαση σε χολολιθίαση πρέπει να μιλήσετε με γενικό χειρουργό.
