Πολύποδας χολής 3mm: Να ανησυχώ ή αρκεί ετήσια παρακολούθηση;

Έχω πολύποδα στη χολή τρία χιλιοστά γιατρός μου είπε να μην ανησυχώ ότι ει ναι συνηθισμένο φαινόμενο απλώς να το παρακολουθώ μια φορά τον χρόνο Τι γνώμη έχετε;

  • Εάν έχετε πόνους δεξιά στην κοιλιά τότε καλό είναι να γίνει επέμβαση για να αφαιρεθεί η χοληδόχος κύστη (γιατί μάλλον θα έχετε μικρές πέτρες και όχι πραγματικό πολύποδα). Εάν δεν έχετε συμπτώματα τότε μπορείτε απλά να το παρακολουθήσετε με υπερήχους ανά έτος και αν αυξηθεί σε μέγεθος σημαντικά ή ξεπεράσει το 1cm τότε μόνο να χειρουργηθείτε.
