Μπορεί διάρροια και πόνος στην κοιλιά μετά από χολοκυστεκτομή να είναι φυσιολογικά;

Καλησπέρα .Πριν από 3 μήνες υποβλήθηκα σε χολοκυστεκτομή .Τις πρώτες 3 εβδομάδες ακολούθησα συγκεκριμένη διατροφή.Έπειτα αρχισα να προσθέτω σταδιακά και άλλες τροφές,αλλά σχεδόν σε καθημερινή βάση ,μετά από ένα γεύμα ή από καφέ έχω διάρροια και πόνο στην κοιλιά,όπως είναι στην γαστρεντερίτιδα.Ανά τακτά διαστήματα,μετά την επέμβαση ,με πιάνει ένας πόνος αριστερά στην κοιλιά και δίπλα στον ομφαλό και αισθάνομαι ένα φούσκωμα ,έπειτα από αρκετή ώρα περνάει.Μπορεί να σχετίζεται με την επέμβαση που έκανα?
