Μετεγχειρητικός πόνος στο στήθος και συσπάσεις μετά από αφαίρεση χολής;

Καλησπέρα σας το τελευταίο διάστημα μετά από κάποια γευματα(λιπαρά αλλα και φρούτα)παρατηρούσα ότι με έπιανε ξαφνικά ένας στιγμιαιοσ οξυς πόνος ατο στήθος κοντά σαν ηλεκτρικό ρεύμα ,παράλληλα να γίνονται συσπάσεις στα χέρια μου εντονες και μα έχω μια ενόχληση κατω δεξια στην κοιλιά μου.Είχα κάνει αφαιρεση χολής πριν δυο μήνες και αυτό ξεκίνησε μετά από ένα μηνα.Μπορεί να οφείλεται σε μετεγχειρητική επιπλοκή που έχει να κάνει με τα χοληφορα αγγεία; Οι αιματολογικές μου εξετάσεις είναι καθαρες ενώ η μαγνητικη δεν έδειξε να υπάρχει κάποια πέτρα.
