Έντονοι πόνοι στη χολή με φυσιολογικές εξετάσεις και μικρό πολύποδα 1,5 χιλ.

Καλησπέρα σας ,κατά καιρούς έχω έντονους πόνους που κρατάνε για μερες-εβδομαδες στην περιοχή της χολής,ο πόνος είναι και ψηλαφητος. Η αξονική ,η mrcp καθώς και ο υπέρηχος είναι όλα φυσιολογικά,εκτός ενός πολύ μικρού πολύποδα 1,5 χιλ Η διάγνωση από τους γιατρούς που έχω παει έως τώρα είναι μάλλον το ευερέθιστο έντερο.Ο πόνος δεν σχετίζεται καθόλου με τις κενώσεις,ούτε με το φαγητο Υπάρχει πιθανότητα να είναι κάτι άλλο ? Ευχαριστώ

  • Ο "πολύποδας" είναι λίθος που τώρα ξεκινά.Θα μεγαλώσει,θα έχει βάρος,θα φύγει από το τοίχωμα της χοληδόχου κύστης που τώρα είναι κολλημένος και τότε ο ακτινολόγος στην διάγνωση θα γράψει χολολιθίαση! Αν είστε 45 και πάνω επιβάλεται κολονοσκόπηση,γιά πρόληψη
