Γιατί παίρνουν καλλιέργεια μετά από λαπαροσκοπική χολοκυστεκτομή και πυρετό;

Καλησπέρα ,πραγματοποιηθηκε χολοκυστεκτομη στην μητέρα μου λαπαροσκοπικά, μια ημερα μετά σηκωσε πυρετό και πήραν δειγμα απο το σακουλάκι της παροχετευσης για καλλιεργεια...Ηθελα να ρωτησω, για ποιο λόγο συνήθως παιρνουν καλλιεργεια? σε υποψια διαφυγής της χολής, σε πιθανή υποψία μικροβίου? επιπλέον η ίδια κοιμάται αρκέτες ωρες ,γιατι συμβαινει κάτι τέτοιο?επιπλέον πονάει αρκέτα ,σε ποσο καιρο υποχωρεί ο πόνος?σας ευχαριστω πολύ

  • Προφανώς κάποια επιπλοκή υπάρχει και σε αυτό οφείλεται ο πόνος, η υπνηλία και ο πυρετός. Το τι ακριβώς συμβαίνει δεν απαντιέται εξ'αποστάσεως. Αν υπάρχει πάντως διαφυγή το σακουλάκι θα βγάζει αρκετή χολή ημερησίως και εκεί δεν χρειάζεται καλλιέργεια αλλά αντιμετώπιση της διαφυγής.
