Πόνος στο στομάχι και δεξιά κάτω από το στήθος μετά από χολοκυστεκτομή

Γεια σας. Πριν 28 μερες υποβληθηκα σε χολοκυστεκτομη. Την τελευταια 1 εβδομαδα ποναω πολυ στο στομαχι, αλλα και δεξια ψηλα κατω απο το στηθος. Ποναω ακομα και πριν φαω, αλλα μολις φαω εστω και μικρη ποσοτητα φαγητου αμεσως με πιανει εντονος πονος. Η διατροφη μου συνεχίζει να ειναι αλιπη. Ειμαι 29 ετων και εχω συνδρομο ευερεθιστου εντερου απο μικρη, αλλα ο πονος δεν θυμίζει σε καμια περιπτωση αυτόν του εντερου.
