Έκανε εξετάσεις ρουτίνας ο γιος μου και βρήκε πολύποδες με 6.7m τη κάνουμε??

Καλησπέρα σάς, κανονικά πρέπει να γίνει αφαίρεση χολής αν έχετε ιστορικό για καρκίνο, ή αν έχει συμπτώματα. Αν θέλει μπορεί να έρθει να τον δω και το πόρισμα του υπερικογραφημα

Αν μιλάμε για χοληδόχο κύστη να γίνει νέο υπερηχογράφημα σε έξι μήνες

Κατ' αρχήν είναι σημαντικό αν έχει μόνο 2 πολύποδες ή έχει περισσότερους. Αν είναι πολλοί χρειάζεται επέμβαση. διαφορετικά παρακολουθείτε με υπερήχους αρχικά σε 3 μήνες και μετά ανά 6μηνο αν μεγαλώνουν οι πολύποδες ή αν γίνονται περισσότεροι, οπότε προχωράτε σε επέμβαση.
Αν όλα μείνουν σταθερά απλά παρακολούθηση για 2 χρόνια και μετά τίποτα.
