η τιμή της CRP ανεβαίνει σε περιπτώσεις φλεγμονής. Αν ο γιατρός σας θεωρεί οτι προκύπτει από την πέτρα στη χολή, τότε αυτό σημαίνει ότι κάνετε κάποια φλεγμονή στο εν λόγω όργανο, λόγω της πέτρας. Η παρουσία πέτρας και μόνο δεν ισοδυναμεί με αυτόματη αύξηση της CRP.
