Αύξηση πολύποδα στη χολή από 0,16 σε 0,24: έλεγχος και παρακολούθηση;
Καλησπέρα! Σε εξέταση ρουτίνας πριν κάποια χρόνια ανακάλυψα έναν πολύποδα στην χολή 0,16 .σε αυτες τις μετρήσεις ήταν μέχρι το 2023.Σε επανεξέταση τον Ιανουάριο τώρα,Εχει αυξηθεί στα 0,24.Σε επίσκεψη μου σε χειρουργό μου είπαν παρακολούθηση και επανεξέταση σε 6 μήνες πάλι να δούμε διαστάσεις.Ποια η γνώμη σας;

Ένδειξη Χειρουργείου μετά το ένα εκατοστό, εκτός εάν υπάρχουν συμπτώματα.

πολυ σωστά σας ενημέρωσαν. Χρειάζεται επανέλεγχος με υπέρηχο ανά 6μηνο. Αν αυξηθεί πάνω από 1 εκατοστό θα πρέπει να συζητήσετε την λαπαροσκοπική χολοκυστεκτομή.

Αν είναι 0,24 mm βέβαια θέλει παρακολούθηση
