Ποια είναι η αντιμετώπιση σε ομόζυγο πολυμορφισμό PAI-1 και ετερόζυγο FV Leiden;
Καλησπερα σας! Επειτα απο την εξεταση για τις 13 μεταλλαξεις θρομομβοφιλιας, βρέθηκε ομόζυγο για τον πολυμορφισμό στο γονίδιο PAI-1 με γονότυπο 4G/4G. Επίσης, το δείγμα βρέθηκε ετερόζυγο για τις σημειακές μεταλλάξεις R506Q (FV Leiden) στον παράγοντα πήξης του αίματος V), C677T και A1298C στο γονίδιο της ομοκυστεΐνης MTHFR, καθώς και για τον πολυμορφισμό στο γονίδιο ACE με γονότυπο INS/DEL. Μου ειπε ο ιατρος μου, οτι δεν χρειαζεται καποια αγωγη. Εσεις τι προτεινετε? Ευχαριστω εκ των προτερων!
