Αύξηση D-dimers λόγω ήπιας θρομβοφιλίας χωρίς άλλα ευρήματα;
Καλησπέρα. Εδω και 5 μηνες εχω αυξημενη την d dimers. Απο 1,5 μεχρι και 4 έχει φτασει. Εχω κανει αξονικη θωρακος με σκιαγραφικο και ηταν φυσιολογικο όπως κ τριπλεξ φλεβων ανω κ κατω ακρων και ηταν καλο. Εχω ηπια θρομβοφιλια αλλα μου ειπαν πως δεν χρειάζεται να παρω κατι. Δικαιολογειται τα d dimers να ανεβαίνουν εξαιτίας της ηπιας θρομβοφιλιας?
