Πόνος στον ώμο algofren zinadol

Γιατί η φλεγμονή στον ώμο μου δεν υποχωρεί μετά από θεραπεία 11 ημερών;

Έβγαλα μια φλεγμονή στο ώμο και περνώ με παρότρυνση γιατρού παθολόγος zinadol 500 κάθε 12 ώρες για 12 μέρες και algofren 600 ένα τήν ημέρα για 5 μέρες.. είμαι στην 11 μέρα της θεραπείας και ακόμη δεν έχει υποχωρήσει η φλεγμονή... τί φταίει?
