Να αφαιρέσω τον ουροκαθετήρα σε 74χρονη κατακεκλιμένη με άσχημη μυρωδιά ούρων;
Γυναικα 74χρ κατακοιτη τους τελαυταιους 6μηνε,απο χειρουργειο ισχυου,με σκπ,και διαβητη τ1.εχει ουροκαθετηρα 3 μηνες,πριν ενα μηνα εγινε καλλιεργεια=καθαρη.βγαινουν ουρα συνεχεια εκτος του καθετηρα της τελαυταιες 20 μερες,απο 18 αλλαχτηκε σε 20,εγινε παλι αλλαγη,δεν ειναι βουλομενος,παιρνει σαν χημειοπροφυλαξη σιπροξιν σχεδον ενα χρονο,υπαρχει ιστορικο υποτροπιαζον ουρολειμοξεων,τωρα εχω πολυ εντονη μυρωδια αμμωνιας και καποιες φορες παρατηρω κοκκινα σηματακια στο σωληνακι,στο κολπο βλεπω κατι σαν βλεννη λευκη,νερο περιπου 1μιση λιτρο τη μερα πινει.Να της βγαλω το καθετηρα;δεν εχει ελεγχο της κυστης,και πριν με πανα ηταν και εβαζα διαληπων καθετηρες για αδειασμα της κυστης καθε βραδυ,αλλα φοβαμαι μην ειναι χειροτερα λογο οτι δεν σηκωνετε..
