Καλησπερα σας , έκανα καλλιέργεια πυρών και βγήκε αρνητική (-) Αλλα στις παρατηρήσεις έχω ότι αναπτύχθηκε e.coli 18.000/cfu/ml . Είναι ένδειξη ουρολοίμωξης ;
