Πώς να προλάβω ουρολοιμώξεις μετά από 3 περιστατικά σε 6 μήνες;

Έχω πάθει 3 ουρολοιμώξεις τους τελευταίους 6 μήνες. Την τελευταία φορά χωρίς προφανή λόγο. Πήρα αντιβίωση για 5 μέρες αλλά νιώθω ακόμη ένα διακριτικό τσούξιμο στην ούρηση και πόνο στην κύστη. Πώς μπορώ να προστατευτώ και να μην το ξανά πάθω; Ακολουθώ ήδη όλες τις γνωστές οδηγίες (νερό, ούρηση μετά την επαφή, υγιεινή κλπ).
