Πρέπει να πάρω αντιβίωση για ουρολοίμωξη με E. coli και συμπτώματα καψίματος;
Εδώ και ένα μήνα υποφέρω απο προβλήματα ουρολοίμωξης Αρχές Ιουλίου ειχα συχνουρία,καψιμο και λίγο αίμα.Με δική μου πρωτοβουλία πηρα norocin για 7 μερες.Μετα απο μια εβδομαδα ειχα παλι συμπτωματα.Βασει αντιβιογραμματος πηρα zinadol για 7 μερες.Μετα απο δυο μερες εμφανιστηκε συχνουρια,πονος χαμηλα και καψιμο και στον κολπο.Πηρα μανοζη cystanil τα συμπτωματα έχουν σχεδόν εξαφανιστει.Εκανα ομως μια εξεταση ουρων οπου εδειξε e colli πανω απο 100.000 και 4-5 πυοσφαιρια που στην προηγουμενη ήταν 40.Το αντιβιόγραμμα δειχνει ευαισθησια σε πολλες αντιβιώσεις ακομα και στο norocin και στο zinadol.Ο φαρμσκοποιος μου συστησε να παρω ceclor 750 για 8μερες μαζι με προβιοτικα.Το ερώτημα είναι πρεπει να παρω αντιβιωση ή όχι.

Αφού απομονώθηκε E.Coli σε τόσο μεγάλη συγκέντρωση πρέπει να πάρεις αντιβίωση βάση αντιβιογράμματος.
