Άνδρας 36 ετών: συχνοουρία μετά από ουρολοίμωξη και αρνητική καλλιέργεια
Καλησπέρα σας.Ανδρας 36 ετών.Μετα από 3 μήνες με ουρολοίμωξη και θεραπεία με διάφορα αντιβιοτικά η τελευταία καλλιέργεια ούρων βγήκε στείρα.Το πρόβλημα είναι ότι η συχνοουρια επιμένει.Εκανα υπέρηχο νεφρών και κάτω κοιλίας και δεν βρέθηκε κάτι.Ο ουρολόγος μου πρότεινε να κρατήσουμε ημερολόγιο ούρων αλλά δεν βλέπω πως θα βοηθήσει αυτό.Υπαρχει καποια πιθανότητα μεσα σε αυτούς τους 3 μήνες η ουροδόχος κύστη να "έμαθε" στην συχνή ούρηση και να αναπτύχθηκε το φαινόμενο της υπερδραστήριας κύστης;Τι άλλες περαιτέρω εξετάσεις μπορώ να κάνω;
