Διάρκεια και κίνδυνοι θεραπείας οξείας μυελογενής λευχαιμίας σε 18χρονη.
Καλησπέρα σας. Στένη μου φίλη , 18 ετών, διαγνώστηκε με οξεία μυελογενή λευχαιμία πριν ένα μήνα. Την εχουν σε πληρη απομονωση, έχει κάνει ήδη το πρώτο γύρο χημειοθεραπειών, τη γύρισαν σε χρόνοια, περιόρισαν το ποσοστό των καρκινικών κυττάρων στο 0,2% και αυτές τις μέρες είναι σπίτι της έπειτα από ένα μήνα νοσηλείας. Θα ξαναμπεί αύριο για τον επόμενο γύρο χημειοθεραπειών και μετα απο τις αναγκαιες χημειοθεραπειες, θα γινει μεταμοσχευση μυελου των οστων. Η ερωτηση μου ειναι ποσο καιρο βασει οσων σας ειπα θα διαρκεσει η θεραπεια της; Ποσο μεγαλοι ειναι οι κινδινοι να παει στραβα η θεραπεια της; Και μετα θα μπορεσει να ζησει μια φυσιολογικη ζωη με διαρκεια; Σας ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων.
