μπορει λεμφωμα η λευχαιμια να προκαλουν πονο στη μεση και καταπτωση?

καλησπερα σας ηθελα να σας ρωτησω το λεμφωμα και η λευχαιμια μπροουν να κανουν σαν συμπτωματα στην αρχη πονο στην μεση ? εδω και κανα 2 εβδομαδες με πιανει πονος στη μεση γι αυτο ρωταω.. αλλα δεν ειναι παντα μια με πιανει και μια με αφηνει...μαζι με μια καταπτωση γι αυτο ανησηχω.. ειμαι 24 και εχω κανει αιματολογικες οι οποιες ηταν καθαρες τον φλεβαρη
