Καλησπέρα. Πριν από 3 χρόνια διαγνωστηκα με λεμφωμα hodgkin. Ειχα μια μαζα 12 εκ. στο μεσοθωρακιο. Το ενδιαμεσο pet μετα απο δυο κυκλους abvd βγηκε αρνητικο. Μετα την ολοκληρωση των θεραπειων το νοσημα υποτροπιασε αμεσως και πηρα 2 κυκλους eshap οπου βγηκε το pet παλι αρνητικο οποτε προχωρησα σε αυτολογη μεταμοσχευση . Τρεις μηνες μετα στο pet , η μαζα (5,5 εκ) αναψε ξανα. Ξεκινησα το adcetris οπου με την πρωτη δοση εξαφανιστηκε τελειως η μαζα . Οταν μετα απο περιπου ενα χρονο εκανα pet (6 εβδομαδες μετα την ολοκληρωση του adcetris) αναψαν μεμονωμενοι μεσοθωρακικοι λεμφαδενες καθως και οι πνευμονικες πυλες αμφω. Βιοψια δεν μπορουσε να γινει οποτε ξεκινησα το opdivo και το οποιο λειτουργησε. Το θεμα ειναι οτι ο γιατρος θελει να μου το διακοψει οταν ολοκληρωθουν οι 12 κυκλοι λογω πρωτοκολλου . Οταν παιρνω θεραπεια ειναι οταν καλα , οταν τα σταματω υποτροπιαζει. Τι προτεινετε?
