Καλημέρα. Ο γιος μου έπασχε από λέμφωμα μέσο θωρακίου από διάχυτα Β λεμφοκύτταρα. Μετά από ένα μήνα από το τέλος των χημειοθεραπειών στην αξονική φαινόταν ένας ινώδη ιστός στην περιοχή του θυμού αδένα. Το pet scan ήταν αρνητικό grade 1 . Τώρα μετά από 6 μήνες η αξονική έδειξε ότι έχει μεγαλώσει ο θυμός. Αυτό θα μπορούσε να θεωρηθεί υποτροπή; Είναι κάτι που θα πρέπει να ανησυχώ; Το παιδί είναι 17 ετών και η μαγνητική άνω και κάτω κοιλιάς είναι καθαρές. Σας ευχαριστώ.
