Διογκωμένοι λεμφαδένες μετά από ίωση και θεραπεία με φάρμακα σε ασθενή με ΣΕΛ και Hashimoto
Από τον Οκτώβριο έπειτα από μια ίωση έχω διογκωμενους λεμφαδένες υπογναθιους - τραχηλικους κ 2 μασχαλιαιους . Κανένας δε ξεπερνά τα 2εκ. Είναι μαλακοι κ ευκινητοι. Εκανα παρακεντηση στους τραχηλικους έδειξαν αντιδραστικοι . Το ίδιο δείχνουν και οι υπερηχοι . Αφαίρεσα τους 2 κατω φρονιμητες γιατί είχαν φλεγμονη στη ριζα αλλά πάλι δεν άλλαξε κάτι. Έχω σελ κ hashimoto . Πήρα 15 μερες adelcort σε συνδυασμό με plaquenil πάλι δεν άλλαξε κάτι. Οι εξετάσεις μου πέρα από τα ανα 1/160 θετικα κ την πρωτεινη γαμμα ελαφρώς αυξημενη είναι μια χαρά. Τι θα μπορούσε να συμβαίνει? Αιματολογος κ ρευματολογος μ λένε ότι ψηλαφουνται επειδή είμαι πολύ αδύνατη. Πως να προχωρήσω?
