Ποιά μέθοδος Laser για μυωπία είναι καλύτερη, PRK ή FemtoLasik?
Μετά από ολες τις εξετάσεις και επισκέπτοντας δύο χειρουργους οφθαλμίατρους, μπορώ να κάνω και τις δύο μεθόδους για την αντιμετώπιση της μυωπίας μου με Leiser ( PRK & FemtoLasik ) Ποια μου προτείνετε ; Διαβάζοντας εδώ , βλέπω αρκετά αρνητικά για το PRK. Υπάρχει καποιο θετικό της PRK έναντι της FemtoLasik ?

Μπορεί η PRK να είναι πιο επίπονη και να χρειάζεται περισσότερο χρόνο ανάρρωσης ομως συνολικα ειναι πιο ασφαλης

Υπάρχουν θετικά και αρνητικά σε κάθε τεχνική, το κυριότερο θετικό στοιχείο που έχει η transPRK είναι ότι δεν έχει flap, δηλαδή δεν γίνεται καμία τομή στον κερατοειδή. Επομένως αποφεύγεις όλες τις πιθανές επιπλοκές διεγχειρητικες και μετεγχειρητικές του flap. Επομένως σε περίπτωση σοβαρού τραύματος για το μάτι το flap θα μπορούσε να ξεκολλήσει. Ενώ εάν κάποιος έχει κάνει prk κάτι τέτοιο δεν μπορεί να συμβεί.
