Βοηθούν τα altion osteo με msm στη πώρωση κατάγματος 5ου μεταταρσίου;
Καλημέρα, εχω κάταγμα στη βάση του 5ου μεταταρσιου οστου και θελω να ρωτησω τα altion osteo, τα οποία εχουν msm, κολλαγονο, χονδροιτινη, θα βοηθησουν στην πωρωση του οστου;; τα επαιρνα για την χονδροπαθεια που εχω στα γόνατα. Ο ορθοπεδικος μου απαγορεψε τα αντιφλεγμονωδη γιατι δεν θα πωρωθει το οστο, ξεχασα να τον ρωτήσω για τα altion osteo αν θα βοηθησουν και θα παω σε μια βδομαδα για επανεξέταση στο νοσοκομείο . Ευχαριστώ πολύ οσους μου απαντήσουν!

Δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα με το να πάρετε το συμπλήρωμα, όχι ότι απαραίτητα βοηθάει ωστοσο

Η θεωρία ότι τα αντιφλεγμονώδη εμποδίζουν την πώρωση του οστού είναι παλιά και δεν έχει αποδειχτεί ποτέ. Φυσικά αν δεν πονάτε δεν υπάρχει κανένας λόγος να τα πάρετε, όπως ισχύει για όλα τα παυσίπονα φάρμακα (στην προκειμένη περίπτωση δίνονται μόνον ως παυσίπονα). Όσο για τα άλλα, ούτε τη "χονδροπάθεια" βοηθάνε, ούτε - φυσικά - την πώρωση του οστού.

Τα συγκεκριμένα συμπληρώματα διατροφής δεν παίζουν κάποιο ρόλο στην πώρωση των καταγμάτων.
